The United Nations, from the start of its existence, has worked to maintain peace throughout all member nations. Between clash of religion, ethnicities, and violence, countries use the United Nations to cope and implement innovative measures in order to compensate for the troubles flooding the world today. Based upon the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the UN Charter, the world today strives to fit this perfect mold. As countries proceed into the future with inconceivable disputes and violent terrors infesting nearly all areas around the globe, the aid and firm hand of the United Nations is clear. Within reason, areas of UN involvement such as implementing educational systems in human rights, expanding the strength of education throughout the country, or incentives for strong leadership. Although copious measures can be taken to assist in the slowing of ethnic or sectarian conflicts, national sovereignty expands in bitterness, thus, creating a much different factor to finding an ultimate peace.
The Democratic People’s Republic of Korea is fully and willing able to help in the creation of a peaceful resolution in combating ethnic and sectarian conflicts. In means of which a legitimate governing body supports and is need of assistance, any resolution in supporting the availability of the United Nations in helping would make nothing but perfect sense. As we proceed though, into other avenues of where help and aid is called upon by the United Nations, many stipulations must be noted when handling such internal conflicts. If, and when, leaders call upon aid, aid should be easily accessed and available.
As the global community looks further into the topic of sectarian and ethnic conflict and with time passing, many begin to note what is of rule in which the United Nations can take. Because the means of actions is decided upon us of the United Nations, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea believes firmly in all of the global community to work together on this specific issue, emphasizing the magnitude in which it can hold. Although numerous debates are brought up against the amount of involvement necessary as given by the United Nations, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea are strong within these beliefs of asking for aid.
Steps taken to prevent ethnic conflict within the state are apparent, as conflict is not an issue within borders of Democratic People’s Republic of Korea. Because of the growing numbers, though, in conflict between other borders, whether it be internal or clashing between neighbors, solutions from education can be of aid. In forums and summits learning and coping with tight conflict, hope for the governing bodies may see different and innovative ways in which to resolve disputes causing violence and casualties to own civilians. For this reason, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea would like to further state a strong support into the aid of helping replenish countries asking in help to rebuild and resolve.
