Antibiotic resistant pathogens are big big problem for the WHO. The republic of Korea is a relatively healthy country with only a few outbreaks now and then. Pathogens are evolving and antibiotics are becoming less effective. This is a serious for countries who normally face outbreaks of diseases. If something isn't done about this many people can get sick and die because there antibiotics aren't working.
The Republic of Korea believes this can be solved in a number of ways. One would be to not give so many in one time, people may get a lot of pills and through some away. This introduces the antibiotic to pathogens who will then adapt to the antibiotics. To solve this just administer them in smaller doses or give them to the patients over an amount of time. Also better regulate and dispose of any antibiotics that are expired or can no longer be consumed.
Countries such as China, Russia, and the United States will support us since they are large manufactures and consumers of antibiotics. Also developing countries will support us since their countries have high disease rates and need the Paying for this may be a problem but can also be overcome. With all of us combining over efforts and with help form WHO we can do this. It ma take time but our scientists could some day in the future create antibiotics that are totally resistant to pathogens
