Kyrgyzstan could and will be a great alli of the chinese if the regional governements could work together to stabalize the country. The Kyrgyzstan government is one of little powere and control. There are and have been several riots to bring to power different governmental regimes, and Kyrgyzstan has not been able to control its people.

China proposes a duel effort between Russia and China to bring Kyrgyzstan into an effective and well managed country. Russia currently supplies Kyrgyzstan with most of their energy(electric, fuel, and others) and China was been investing in new industries in the nation. The Chinese and the Russians would work together to provide more energy at lower costs and more industry to employ the Kyrgyzstan people. With these two nations working together Kyrgyzstan could build their infastructure and build an adequite government.

China would like to see the Kyrgyzstan government stop the violence against chinese citizens that are in Kyrgyzstan and allow for more economic development in the country. China wants the country to establish a well rooted government among the people that can handle the nation and protect private industry. The chinese are only trying to help develop the economy but are being restricted and detered by the voilence in the country.

China will have help from Russia, and that will be all the help needed to get Kyrgyzstan on track and become a prosperous nation.

China will not have any oppostion because anyone who apposes the the aid to those people in need are countries that have the wrong views on life and the global economy.
