Kazakhstan proposes that to keep life in conflict zones adequate is by giving a stable supply of resources and protection to the people in theses areas. Another important thing to do is to make sure the people in these conflict zones have the equal and proper rights that they should be given. Also making sure that they have the basic standards of living in their communities. Reconstruction is the one challenge to overcome in these conflict zones.
To keep the local communities safe in the conflict zones Kazakhstan believes in building military training facilities and schools. This would help the people learn how to defend themselves. Kazakhstan also believes that the United Nations should send military assets to defend the communities in these conflict zones. If the conflict becomes too much of a problem the civilians would be evacuated from the area. The civilians would return when the conflict would end or becomes less of a problem.
UNICEF and the United Nations would take charge of watching over these conflict zones if the previous government wasn’t doing its job for these communities. Ensuring the protection of its people, especially in in politically unstable regions. Kazakhstan believes that UNICEF and the United Nations should build programs to support the people in these conflict zones. Also ensuring that the corrupt governments don’t get control of the resources for the people in the conflict zones. The United Nations must ensure that the people in these conflict zones not just get the resources they need but also the proper protection for them.
