Throughout the global world of nations there are countries unstable under weak / corrupt governments struggling to maintain themselves and fighting civil and political unrest. Whether the country is full of people who are protesting wrongdoings of their government or anarchists and gang members fighting amongst themselves using man's natural desire for violence. The majority of the countries struggling with civil unrest are ill governed countries, which of some are newly independent, who have a history of violence and unstable governments (mostly in middle east, africa, and south america).
Ever since the UN was established in 1941 its been helping countries in distress with political and civil issues weather its violent protests or civil wars the UN has tried its best to help countries keep its peace between its people and the country. The UN has had many successes in peacekeeping in countries such as those in Africa and settling civil disputes in the middle east. The number of resolutions on the topic of civil unrest is too great to list, however the UN has passed 9 resolutions regarding Syria's civil disputes alone. The UN has sent peacekeeping forces to African nations such as Nigeria, Sudan, Liberia, Angola and many more along with a few middle eastern countries which are still trying to stabilize from terror. With time the UN attempts (and sometimes fails) to settle the civil disputes of countries without violence and bring peace to countries shattered with civil disobedience.
It is hard for the new nation of Angola to keep up with its fast growing economy in a society that is rattled unstable by the violence of the people. Angola has suffered (immensely) from civil violence of the people ever since it broke away from Portugal the people of Angola have been fighting amongst themselves. Angola has recently suffered and are still recovering from a 27 year long civil war that shattered all framework of the newly independent nation. Angola being able to settle its internal conflicts would lead to the stabilization of angola as a nation and would then be able to grow into a great nation which its people would not only survive but thrive in the fast developing world around it. What we want as a nation is the UN to help stabilize the civil situation in angola so we can become the great nation we deserve to be seen as. NATO should request diverse forces from a variety of nations that are well headed and militarized and send more peacekeeping forces to angola and its neighboring countries to control the populace of the civilly mad nations and help to restore order and legitimacy to the government by suggesting new policies of the nation in which the majority of the country would be happy by.
Angola expects help, once again, from Russia as they did in their revolutionary war and also sees in the future the cooperation of our neighboring war torn countries. Our people have potential beyond what the eye can see. Our people need guidance and help so we can work together and unite as one nation to take on the globe and start becoming more involved in foreign affairs. We anticipate the stabilization of the Angolan government in the years to come as well as the knowledge on how to handle civil disputes from our more mature neighboring countries.
