Belarus, along with other countries believes that food is a basic human right that should be offered.Although Belarus has good food Resources from shipping in Ukraine there is also a problem with maintaining stable trade for food. AS a developing country we need to balance the money we provide.Putting too much money in an issue could take away from others.Belarus believes we should build a funding program for the refugees that provides for them but Doesn't take money away from government necessities.Where would we find a dependable resource for food? How much of the governments money should be spent? How many people can be helped? The goal is that we can provide the food sources that are reliable and needed for the refugees. We need to be able to provide enough for them. Belarus would like the main source of food given to the refugees to come from Belarus. Shipping goods back and forth, to and from other Country's, either by land or water, will be lots of extra money. Belarus also believes growing and distributing the food ourselves would shift us away from paying tax and shipping fees. If we do depend so highly on other country's for our food, and the connection is lost we may not have enough food for anyone. Funding from other country's could result in money for food to feed our Refugees. Its important to have a solution for refugees to make sure they have big necessities such as food.
