As a representative of the Great Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriya I feel that the agreement between The DPRK and The ROK is an excellent goal for which to strive. Like all goals, the most important thing to do is to pick a place to start and take things one step at a time. The six-party talks that have been in place since September of 2007 are the perfect place to start. These talks are properly addressing the realations between The United States and The DPRK. Once these two nations have a complete resolution on the nuclear foreign policy of The DPRK, then the agreement between the North and South Korea will fall into place in very short time. However, because The United States does have a very large hand in the matter, it is crucial that they are content with the nuclear solution. Once The United States is happy, then a prompt resolution will be in short order because of the support for such a thing from the content United States. In light of the tremendous progress made regarding the relations between The DPRK and The United States I feel that there is little, but time itself, needed to resolve the North-South contempt. A solution is just around the corner, and all of the proper and necessary steps are currently being taken to resolve this issue. Although we may not just discard this issue altogether, I do feel that we can put it on the back-burner and tend to other, more pressing, issues. As long as we maintain a watchful eye on the situation there is no room for regression with this issue.
