It has been stated, and re-stated over a thousand times, in a number of myriad cases that has progressively become more and more prevalent throughout the world. The Earth’s environment is at stake. In the last decade, we can see as a result of industry pollution, climate change has risen dramatically which leads on to a repercussion of serious events. Such that scientist forebode by the year of 2050 more than fifty million species will become extinct. That is why the delegate of Czech Republic, strongly urges the United Nations to focus on what it believes is the pinnacle problem. Sustainable industry must be achieved, because if it is not, tyrants such as China, India, and Africa will bring striking adversity to the world.
Over the past few decades, Czech Republic has faced several issues in the environment. Such as air pollution, water pollution that has brought significant acid rains, and problems with domestic industry. However the Czech Republic has done everything possible to help promote a safe sustainable industry and environment, by signing on to more than a dozen of documents just based solely on air problems and signed the famed Kyoto protocol.
Czech Republic suggests that in order to have a sustainable industry, the country itself has to look at what it can do. Can the country provide public transportation, manage water resources, control the energy consumption, and most important of all, is it willing to stand up and enforce many pollution laws. These simple tactics will significantly reduce the pollution, and at the same time be able to have a clean industry.
Although promoting sustainable industry in the developing world will be an ethical dilemma (concerning the nation’s economy and the environment), Czech Republic is looking forward to cooperating with nations in order to provide a solution to the crisis.
