With environmental conditions decreasing more and more every day Saudi Arabia recognizes the need for sustainable industry. In a world where demand is overcoming supply we are finding that our world is not up to date with the massive population that the world has. In order to promote prosperity in a world where it is hard to find we must first start with the country. To promote prosperity in a country we must have a stable economy and a stable source of income. To increase sustainable industry in a country would inject relief into not only the environmental struggle we find each day but with the world economic struggle to stay afloat.
We would like to see discussion of maintaining our dependence on oil but also how we will help countries when their main source of exports is not available anymore. Sustainability is a goal that Saudi Arabia strives for in every day. We would like to see other countries thrive from their lands and keep them fruitful at the same time as well. One of the many important sustainable industries that needs to be considered is sustainable agriculture.
Our allies in this committee will be the U.S. and the OPEC nations. Because of our reliance on our oil exportation alternative sustainable methods are always on the agenda. Saudi Arabia acknowledges that our main input into our economy is not sustainable and that we need to work together will other nations to find another source to rely on.
Saudi Arabia hopes that during this conference there will be serious talk of the methods we can partake in now and in the future. With our world experiencing the global setback of an economy that will skyrocket and plummet in one day we understand that sustainable industry will not only benefit the prosperity of our globe but the prosperity of each nation.
