Worldwide cooperation is required to battle against any and all forms of racism, racial discrimination, and xenophobia, a lot of which can be considered the enemy to the world community. The People’s Republic of China believes that every community in the world needs to join together in the fight to end racism. Although racism is mainly in the Western idea, China still fights to end racism.
Country’s governments should recognize the effect racism has on human rights and security. The People’s Republic of China wishes to implement a ‘zero tolerance’ policy on racism. The fight against racism will take time to be completed, but with the help of every country in the world, racism can eventually come to an end. If we take on racism one step at a time, addressing the different types of racism, many things in the world will change. Different forms of racism are arising in more aspects than the color of your skin, including your current finance situation, food crises and the risk of climate change.
The People’s Republic of China believes that we can live in a world with no fear of racism, or hatred. If the government and the people in a nation work together, we all can work, and make a difference.
The People’s Republic of China also wishes to redefine, or reinforce the definition of racism. Racism around the world is changing, and with these changes, new standards need to be emplaced. The changes in racism I have stated above are new to the world, and in light of these forms of racism, an international definition needs to be set. The People’s Republic of China is against all forms of racism, and we have been involved in various anti-racist activities.
