The Republic of Colombia is concerned with the current status of Kyrgyzstan. We think that they need to be under much better surveillance. My country stance is determined by how the government in Kyrgyzstan can control the country in the near future. It seems to be getting better but only time will tell whether or not it will get better. We need to make change in the way things are moving as soon as possible. Riots cannot continue the way they are now. Colombia is not close enough to Kyrgyzstan to be affected by the riots. We are ready to act if it is needed. We believe in helped our neighboring countries. Kyrgyzstan, even with its newly elected president is having trouble regaining strength. The rape and murder level has gone up, so much that we need to act now. That is how my country feels about this subject. We need to either help as soon as possible, or leave them be and see what happens in the near future. We are open to new ideas presented to us and are willing to help in what ever way we can. The standard of living is unacceptable. We must help these people either escape, or find a safe place to live. Many people don't know what it feels like to have no safe place to go, but we must feel their pain and help them as if they were our brothers.
