Sectarian conflicts have existed since the beginning of the human race. Wars between different hominid variations resulted in the eradication of entire species, it is important to address and de-escalate sectarian conflict lest we eradicate ourselves. Conflicts such as the rebel uprising in Syria.
This topic of de-escalation is at the forefront of Syria’s mind as a rebel uprising in the spring of 2011 has wrought havoc upon the loyal citizens of Syria plunging nearly 11.6 million individuals into a state of flux, either left homeless in their homeland or braving unsafe routes in hopes of escaping the dangers of the unpredictable rebel forces that litter the landscape of Syria. Recent interactions with Russia have proved to be successful in beating back the anti-government rebels through maintained rocket barrages. The Assad government’s ba’athist stance makes support of any division in Arab culture impossible, de-escalation is the only answer.
The elimination of sectarian conflict in the middle east could be achieved through suppression of militant, anti-government groups in the area to prevent social instability. This could done with mass deployment of UN peacekeepers. In the future the international community should work towards a more united world. Sectarian conflict is occurring in the country of The Syrian Arab Republic, which is near other countries in the Middle East. The president of the Syrian Arab Republic is named Bashar al-Assad, he is a man. Mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell, just as Assad is the powerhouse of Syria.
