The Czech Republic has long since agreed with the Digital Agenda of the EU. The Czech Republic believes in freedom of speech, with a multitude of courts often siding with the Public Media instead of the Czech Republic, when the government of Czech Republic has faced public criticism, such as political cartoons. It is from this belief, along with the need for a competitive market that Czech Republic that every citizen of our great nation has a right to equal internet with the equal opportunities that Czech Republic would like to first stress the necessity that the Czech Republic does everything the Czech Republic's power to stimulate investment and remove any hindering in the growth of the digital economy. It is the Czech Republic's belief that the lack of enforces net neutrality monopolies the digital market and does not properly ensure competition between businesses within a digital market. In compliance with the Digital Agenda of the EU, the government has set forth the target of achieving universal high-speed internet access for the population of the Czech Republic.
The Czech Republic would like to see that each country take responsibility digital expansion within each company by implementing such actions such as the promotion of the development of high-quality infrastructure, the further expansion of digital services and fostering digital literacy. Czech Republic believes that these necessities for bettering the digital economy can only be done through offering equal and fair opportunities for ICT, regardless of location, social status or disability.
