As the already developed countries continue to thrive in industrial businesses Earth’s environment has gotten worse. The amount of industrialized pollution has increasingly risen at a steady pace within the past 15 years. It is the addition of the developing countries attempts to become industrialized that has caused this rise to occur. Sweden believes that the United Nations needs to focus on the creation of sustainable industry in order to secure Earths environment of our future generations.
Sweden has been focusing on using other forms of energy throughout the country in order to prevent any further industrial pollution to occur. We believe it is important to reverse the harmful effects we have had on the environment. In order to accomplish that we have used alternative energy sources such as wind energy.
The eliminating of industrial pollution is not the only problem that we face when discussing sustainable industry in the developing world, we also face the problem of the developing countries. How do we do away with all the pollution but still offer developing countries the same opportunities that the other already developed countries had? This is an entirely separate issue that has the same amount of importance in dealing with the problems that we face when dealing with sustainable industry.
The Kingdom of Sweden sincerely urges the other countries to begin to invest in using other energy resources. This will hugely help ease the harmful pollution that our environment has endured while also allowing other countries to grow in industry.
