The French Republic takes an emboldened and long withstanding opposition towards racial discrmination. A country enriched with diversity yet unfortunately on the forefront in some of history's most ghastly conflicts, France believes most of the world's xenophobic problems derive from a mixture of public display of faith and matters of government and public policy. France maintains a strict adherence to a protocol prohibiting issues of faith from entering the public sector to ensure the efficiency and stability of government and social structure. The French Republic would like to suggest such an approach by all nations to ensure a separation of state and faith, to allow for a more unilateral view amongst citizens of a country as individuals of the same nationality rather than opposing members of different faiths. Other beneficial measures that may be instituted are a funding of educational programs to populations at the center of historically xenophobic acts of violence to teach them about the merits of including minorities into the societal matrix. With an increase in knowledge and decrease in igorance, the definitive fear and misunderstanding of minorities that epitomizes xenophobia can be dissipated. Finally, governmental aid in the form of grants and scholarships towards minorities to help promote economic growth and integration may also help produce a more inclusive and cohesive atmosphere amongst the world's communities and decrease the chances of future violent actions and events caused by the horrendous effects of xenophobia.
