**bold**The issue of immigrants has become a very debatable topic throughout many countries. The surrounding countries are not stable which causes floods of immigrants to come into Zimbabwe.**bold** We believe that national sovereignty be applied to the issue which allows us to fix the problem how and when we see fit.We will decide on which circumstances will be allowed and decide who and how they will enter our country.

**bold**Zimbabwe believes there are more pressing issues to deal with before we start dealing with immigrants. At this point in time we need to focus on our people and their needs.**bold** Our people come first to us and they need to be taken care of before we deal with immigrants. Also the flow of immigrants depends greatly on the surrounding countries and how they are doing. So if our area became more stable immigrants would not be such a big deal. That would require to much time, money, and effort. So we think that it being left of us will allow us to do what is in the best interest of our country.

**bold**Zimbabwe feels that we should be able to decide on how we deal with immigrants and we will decide the process that should be taken to become a citizen as well as decide based on the case and circumstances that led them to Zimbabwe.**bold** We believe that it should be left up to the country on how they allow immigrants in and who can come in to their country. **bold**We would expect to find that China would back us up with our right to national sovereignty and for us to choose the way is best fit for our nation.**bold**
